Ok I have an oil/water sludge on my air filter, and an oil leak. Im MUCH more worried about the creamy sludge that is collecting on my air filter.

Is the oil on the dipstick creamy? If not could be from condensation from sitting, or only driving short trips.

 

Dipstick oil is fine..

I it has been rainy and weather swinging from warm and moist to cool here... im hoping its condensation and not a head gasket issue. I think (from searching here) that i need to check the other vent in the valve cover for clogging as well.

How worried should I be?

 

Do an oil change, verify you dont have any coolant loss, keep an eye on it.

 

Ok ill do that .. my coolant (now that you mention it) seems to be fine and at a normal level... but i will keep an eye on it.

 

also forgot to mention that the valve cover needs a new gasket... it leaks
