I rigged a cold air intake on it 2 years ago and never cleaned or changed the air filter. Could this be the cause?

It's on a cylinder that is misfiring and I think it's missing caus of the oil on the plug. Would this man any sense?

Is the valve cover leaking oil, it dripped down, and loosened up the plug? It's probably misfiring because the spark has a poor path to ground, the plug was not able to maintain correct heat range, and losing compression if the plug was allowing some gas to escape. Clean the threads, clean the seat, and install a new plug to proper torque value.
