1990 Laredo 4.0L
This is for oil pressure gauge that shows you PSI. This is not for the idiot light.

Every auto parts store gives me 80 options. Found one that looks right but it has threads instead of a spade connector. Then found one that has a spade connector. See attached images of mine versus what I think is correct. Am I good? Why are there so many options?

 

I'm going to guess the one with threads instead of a spade connector is to take a ring terminal, and the one pictured, takes a spade terminal.

That being said, that does look correct as long as your original one also uses a spade. If not, you could always crimp a new spade connector on.
