Default Oil pressure and a mess of farts!

Ok so I have a small problem well at least it seems like a problem. I have had my Cherokee for about a year I do regular oil changes and up keep. Currently has...
4.0
AX15
Ford 8.8 w/4.88 Detroit locker
6in long arm
and 35's
So now to the problem Lately I have started doing an average 40 mile (average speed 60mph) round trip 2 to 5 times a week; whereas before no more than 10 a day. I have noticed there is this little sound and drop in power for maybe half a second sounds like air is releasing or something like a belt is slipping which I have come to call Cherokee "farts" also there is something weird going on with my oil pressure gauge. Sometimes it thinks it’s a boost gauge so every time I let of the throttle or punch the clutch oil pressure drops and when i go throttle down it shoots right back up and it has never done this before. So I am just wondering what could be going on??? I attached a video of the gauge doing its thang here (
)

Also under the hood while the cars in idle it sounds like there’s air blowing out of something like a leak which seems to be coming from the vacuum line attached to the rear of the valve cover because when I pinch the line the sound stops. Also when it’s cold it makes a squeak a few times then goes away after 30seconds or so (though maybe water pump but not sure now) Thanks for the help all is appreciated.

The breather on the rear of the valve cover is probably bad. Otherwise, the oil pressure fluctuation is normal, or at least mine does that so I assume its normal.

Man I'd kill to see oil pressure like that mine fluctuates as well but between 30 and 40 psi I also figured this to be the norm for the 4.0

Would that account for the "fart" sounds? Or is that something else

Have you tried cleaning the port where the sender goes, seen this become clogged. A pipe cleaner works great for this.

And, what brand of oil filter are you currently using?
