Oil Pan Issue
Right now as i type this im under my Jeep trying to get my Oil pan to let loose.
I removed all the bolts that hold it down, but its almost "welded" to the engine. Ive been tapping around its joints with a Rubber mallet, but it doesnt let go. any pointers on how to get it loose ?
its 1990 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0, Manual, Straight 6, 2 wheel drive.

use a putty knife, one inch wide would be enough and gently tap it between the oil pan flange and the engine block, in several places, as it begins to come free you could put a flat blade screw driver in there and pull/pry the rest of it off
