what other trucks or suv's have the same lug pattern?

Ranger, Bronco II, Aerostar, Explorer, Mustang V-8 64.5-73 and all engines 1994 and later. Granada/Monarch/Verseilles. Some T-Bird, LTD, Galaxie.

Offset/backspacing may vary. Check fit before buying. Not all of these had 15" wheels.

Almost all Ford and Chrysler products. (dodge, plymouth,chrysler) 14" and 15" wheels with 5 lug pattern are 4.5". General Motors was mostly by itself with 4.75". even most trailers use the ford/chrysler pattern.
But keep in mind the register (center hole) some times are different sizes causing the wheel not to sit properly on the rotors or drums. especially on some old A body Chryslers (darts, dusters Ect..)
