When the Jeep is running, Oil is coming out of here. When I push the white thing back in, it pops back out. What is this? The oil pressure sensor? How would I fix this?
There is also oil coming out here when running. Is there a gasket that needs replacing or does it need to be tightened? Should this be put off until an oil change (I did one recentishly) if the gasket needs replacing?
The first picture is the connector of your oil pressure sending unit, or oil pressure sensor. They can leak internally. You should probably replace the sending unit and connector. Rock Auto has them both.
The other is your oil filter adapter orings. There's lots of info out there on changing these. It's not an easy task most times.
