I will be replacing my rear main seal soon, so why not take the opportunity to switch to Rotella T6? However I saw this stuff in autozone called Moto-medic. You put it in the oil and run the engine for 5 minutes at idle, then drain the oil and fill the the new oil of course. It is supposed to unclog all the sludge and gunk build up. I didn't know there was such a thing as an oil flush but maybe it's not a bad idea right before I drain the oil and take off the oil pan?

The problem with using that stuff on a high mileage engine is it could knock some sludge loose and clog one of the tiny oil passages in the engine.
T6 has alot of detergents on its own, I would recommend running straight T6 and a Wix 1515 filter for about 4k miles on the first oil change, then add in a half quart to a quart of Marvel Mystery Oil and run the same oil change intervals. If you have been using Synthetic oil that may be overkill though.
After that, the interval is at your discretion, I generally run 6k miles between oil changes with good results.

Problem with the motor flushes is it breaks too much loose at once. I've had very good results with adding a quart of transmission fluid to my engine oil at the time of an oil change, I let it idle for 20 minutes or so with the trans fluid in it, or take a very short drive with it in it to circulate and do some good, and over the course of 4 or 5 oil changes it does a pretty good job of cleaning things up. However, my OCI is 2500 miles so...you results may vary.

Well thank you everyone for your input. Guess I'll just be doing normal oil change intervals with no oil flush. My engine just passed 203k miles so it's probably too gunky inside to risk clogging up a passage.

If you have been performing oil changes at normal/reasonable intervals, there is no need for an engine flush.
I agree with Cruiser54 on this one. Switch oils and use a Wix filter.

Well I've had a bad rear main seal leak that has been going on for three years now. A quart every two months means that the rate I am putting in new oil is at about the same interval as a normal oil change lol so yeah basically a constant oil change.

Hahaha the reminds me of my old service van (6 quarts to fill) it would burn damn near 4.5 or 5 quarts by 3000 miles. I called it "auto change technology". The van would empty its oil supply in order to receive fresh stuff.

I rarely get tailgaters as well. Only a few seconds of tailgating and they get enveloped in my "smoke screen" or oil on the exhaust lol. I basically drive Bond's DB5!
