Default Oil Filter Upgrade

So heres my question, ive heard theres an oil filter thats ment for another vehicle but has the same screw and seal as the cherokee but is a bigger better filter? Anybody know anything about this?

Thanks, That was realy helpful, its exactly what I was looking for, a higher capacity plus a higher psi on the bypass

The Bosch Distance Plus Mobil M-103 equivalent is D3500.

Its a very good filter....I think it does better than the Mobil.

I bought the wix 51182, larger capacity and 24 psi bypass instead of the 8-11, should work great! Was $8 at o'reilys

Im always lookin to upgrade my jeep in any way! Something breaks or needs done and im upgrading it! Ill let ya know if theres anything that doesnt work with it!

All it should do is filter more of the oil instead of letting it bypass, and its a higher capacity to help with the less bypass, I dont see whats wrong with that . . .

Thats just an additive, a fantastic one but still no filter, I found a few other posts of people using it and it worked great
