I am not sure, got a few sitting on the shelf that I can get a picture of.

Probably a non issue. Opinions on best by-pass valve location vary almost as much as the best oil/weight debate. Some believe how the filter is mounted MIGHT affect the by-pass valve function under certain conditions. SUPPOSEDLY with our 4.0 engines having a horizontally mounted filter valve position doesn't matter.
My original concern was why did Motorcraft relocate the valve after so many years.
