It may have been Plato, around the time the idea of a "forum: came up, who suggested an idea that is not inspected, well poo, or was that Socrates? Looking at it , flipping around and commenting, is what a forum is about! The better ideas can then rise to the top. There's nothing wrong with a new idea, until it's proven to be bad. FRAM sort of did a face pant there.
