Default Oil blow by

I'm having an issue with oil blowing out the valve cover vent tube. My normal oil pressure is between 40lbs at idle and 58-59lbs at speed. Any Ideas??

It's not oil pressure that does that, it's crankcase pressure.

What year vehicle?

Your oil pressure psi is right where it should be, btw.

Are all the vacuum lines there?

Are you getting oil on your air filter?

All vacuum lines are there. yes I had to remove the vent tube to the air cleaner, too much oil getting sucked in.

All vacuum lines are there and clean. Yes, I had to disconnect the vent tube to keep oil out of the air filter

Clogged CCV at the back of the valve cover. It cant breathe so any oil ends up passing thru the one up front and into the air filter. Just a guess.

Could it be it needs new rings? I'll try the valve cover mod.

Very doubtful. Do the mod. Get a felpro valve cover gasket while you're at it.

I'm a little behind on this due to health reasons, but I am getting ready to do this mod to the valve cover. I got the new vacuum harness. My question is: The pics and instructions you have say to drill the 1/2" hole on the flat side of the tubes facing the intake side of the valve cover. The video says to drill the holes on the side of the tubes facing the firewall.???
