Exclamation some qs. pliz.

1. Oil in the air filter

I always find oil in the bottom side of the air filter… could u pliz. Explain this?

2. Where does the fuel filter located in a Cherokee?

Your pcv valve is clogged just replace it and the breathers that connect to your air box. go to the dealer and for the mopar parts it was like $30 on my jeep. common problem. my current xj had that when i bought it from a guy i haggled the price an extra $200 because of the problem. the filter was black. he had not had an oil change in 9 months...oil filter was really bad too. what is happening is the pcv valve gets clogged so oil spits back through the breather.

oh and to the second question next to the rear driver side wheel well. little bigger than a soda can and is inline with the fuel line.

Yes but the cause is piston rings blow-by, if he has many miles on it, it wont fix it definitely, chrysler has made an upgrade of the system (part #4762592) that will work fine.
