hella 500s are the best bang for the buck at $65 for two. you can mount them there..but idk if just two lights will be the best looking..id go for 4..probably cost around $130 or something like that. try summitracing.com for lights. got my hellas there (even though ive sold them cause im poor) and they had great customer service and the price wasnt all that bad either.

Yes, you can mount them to the roof rack bars. I have the more expensive KC 57 series all season, but I love them since they have interchangeable lenses for fog and driving. You can find them for around 120 bucks but well worth it.

i got 4 lights on ebay store name was snappy's or something like that. 4 lights were under 100 and came with 4 extra 150w h4 bulbs. i bought the light bar they had too but it was junk and mounted them on roof rack. cause they are 150w i had to use relays or they would have melted the switchs. Im not sure after what wattage u shold use relays. proble 100w...
the lights came with everything wireharnes relays switchs....and they bright as hell.

depends on the switch. but most the time your gonna need a relay because of the current draw the lights need

You can drill a hole in your roof like i did and put alot of silicone around and in the hole around the wires but some dont like drilling holes lol my buddy ran the wires to the back and through the rear hatch and under all the plastic the wire the switch in the cab and get the other wires to the battery

use thick wire. i run no relays and i have two 130w KCs on the roof but im using 12g wire for everything. you shouldnt need a relay if you use beefy wire.

Huh. No I think you have the reason for a relay confused. The relay will eliminate the weak link out of the system. The weakest part is the switch. A relay eleminates the need to run heavy guage wires to the switch it also keep the switch from seeing full voltage, which can fry a switch.

Another advantage of a relay is you do run high voltage wires all over the interior of the car. Wires like that can cause all sorts of issues.
