Ok so this is the last day i have time to go get it out of my local JY... Should I? I plan on getting 31's with a full size spare, will it hold it ok?

No. I have one. You don't need the bumper, just brackets. And buy your own hardware, don't try to reuse that junk. I also machined new bushings for mine, it was pretty sloppy. Have fun lining up the hatch bracket...lol

Didn't end up taking it, stripped a few bolts, and don't feel like going back to take the whole bumper lol. I would if I had a means to cut the bolts with though. But, if anyone is in portland, OR and wants it, its at the SE Portland picknpull. lol

I picked up a tire carrier/bumper for $70 on CL. I had to drill holes in the side of my XJ & use large washers so it wouldn't kink the metal. It gives my rig a rugged look, I love it HA! Cheers!
