Does the rotor spin freely with the caliper and brake pads pulled off? Possible bad wheel bearing?

check your flex hose, possibly holding pressure, open the bleeder screw if the wheel frees up then its not the caliper.

sounds like a bad rubber brake line. they can look good on the out side but they come apart on the inside. push brake pedal and caliber squeezes the pads on the rotor but the caliber won't relax and let the brake off when you release the brake pedal. = bad rubber brake line. just replaced one on my dodge truck and a couple months ago on my buddies 3/4 ton chevy 4x4.
