Default NY Emissions Fail

Vehicle: '97 Cherokee Base 2 Door 4wd 4.0L HO
Codes were:
P0132 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
ODB monitor Readiness status was not ready.
I replaced Both O2 Sensors, Changed from the 703 Injectors back to the OE.
Reset Ecu IAW the thread on CF. Put about two hundred miles and several warm Up cycles on it.
Went to Autozone and they told me I had all of the above codes, minus P0141, and an additional random cylinder misfire code.
However one or more code was pending, and I plan to return in the morning to get an exact copy of what is pending and what is current.

My Question is, am I correct in assuming that the misfires are detected by the O2 sensors, And possibly from the bad sensors/the replacement, and is there something Jeepy I am missing?

Did you or the AZ guy clear all of the codes after you replaced the O2 sensors? If not you need to do that. The IM Readiness Tests should reset after a while if all is well now.

Thank You for your replies.
@Weebur - Sure did reset the codes, a couple came back, however they are all gone now. The codes only came back when I was running the 703 injectors btw.
@Willys55 - That was going to be the next step if the codes didn't drop, however they Cleared.

What finally fixed the problem was using the stock injectors again. when I put in the stock injectors I packed the fuel rail with Castrol Synth. ATF to lube the moving internals, and I ran marvel mystery oil in the fuel. it runs like a champ now and all the codes are gone with the monitors ready. It's off to get the inspection in the morning.

EDIT 11/27/2012: OE Injectors, Both O2 sensors, about 300 Miles after the changes and now have an Inspection Sticker

I'm Thinking that i May need to do some work to these 703s maybe more then a soak and clean?

Heres what i got out of soak last night, what should my next step be? Apart from a couple dozen o ring kits

There's a really slick trick out there somewhere (wish I had the link for you ...YouTube?) using a syringe/carb cleaner/12-volt battery for cleaning injectors under pressure on the bench. It might be worth your time to search for it. Well, it took me all of about 3 seconds...here you go:
It's even for 703's on an XJ.

@weebur: I like the Idea in the video you posted, It makes me want to tinker lol.
I have a stack of fuel rails, 12 volt source and ev1/6 pigtails, and an air pressure regulator. With some line, a bucket, and a bracket this might get serious.
Thanks for the inspirational video, if frankenstein lives I'll name him after you

LOL, you got me. Yeah, after watching the video again I'm tempted to go to my local bone yard and see if there's any 703's there...I'm running out of things to do (knock on wood).

Agreed, I'm Picking an Intake Manifold from a 2000 to put a clean set of 703s into. Then if I either grind my throttle body or get an aftermarket I think this motor will breathe in well. You should find the 703s, there at the yard up here by the dozens. I only grabbed three sets because there's only two jeeps to put them in lol... for now.
