I have this problem since got her
shifting from 1 to 2 is hard
2-3 is ok
3-4 great
4-5 great

after driving for 30 min every thing goes very smooth (when the oil become hot-not warm but hot feel the trans shifter)

decide to change the oil ,old oil seems to be old also the plug has a lot of metal pieces .

change it 2 month ago result is BAD !
1-2 bad
2-3 bad
3-4 good
4-5 great

also its now takes longer time to become hot 50 min of driving to keep the oil Hot so changing gear can be smoother !!

i knew many peoples has this problem but any way to solve it , weather here almost hot all the year so i cant change to any type of oil .
also got this strange sound when press clutch its gone !

Rebuild or replace... Sounds like you've lost some bearings.

Either that or the clutch is going out.

the deal with the clutch when depressed is the release bearing.

sounds like you're transmission needs a rebuild though.

Your shifter used to get HOT after 30 minutes? Lots of metal coming out with fluid? Rebuild time! 4 hours of towing on the highway (110 km/h in 3rd and 4th) in the middle of the summer didn't get the shifter on my AX-15 more than "really warm"
