But if not the White smoke is probably steam from the catalytic and exhaust system that built up over the night and dew on the block you live in a very cold area. The anything below the dewpoint will condensate moisture out of the air and onto the surface. The computer takes a bit to learn after a tuneup drive at different speeds for a few minutes and then drive mellow and aggressive using passing gears do this alternating for 20 miles to help the computer learn faster.
