NSS problem 96 Cherokee Sport
I have a 1996 Cherokee Sport 4x4 with the automatic 4 speed tranmission. The check engine light came on and had it checked and the code came up neutral saftey switch. Purchased a new one and installed it and now (after reconnecting battery and test driving) the light is back on. Took it to be checked again and the code is still saying it is the NSS! Any ideas as to what is making this happen? It is due for emmissions and plates and they will not let me do either with the check engine light on with the code coming up. PLEASE HELP!!!
