Default NP231 TC Autopsy revisited

Recently, I posted about my 94 Sports NP231 taking a <expletive> on me.

I posted up a few pics of the internal carnage, which actually was not as bad as I was thinking when I was opening it up.

I have decided to rebuild it and add a SYE.
I have ALMOST all the parts I will need to get the "workings" back up to par.

I NEED one part that I cannot seem to find.
I believe its called a Shift Mode Synchronizer.
I only need the outer ring that is operated by the fork.
All I can seem to find is the ENTIRE Synchronizer assembly which is major $$$
I have spent the better part of two days researching online and scouting out retailers. None have just the outer ring.
Everyone has the "blocking ring" but this NP231 did not come with that particular BRASS part.

Outer ring: (Fork removed for clarity)

Why I need it:

When the rear output shafts retaining ring left this world it allowed the shafts to move in and out. On the "IN", it TRIED to engage the 4WD but didn't have enough to FULLY engage so it settled on chewing up the edge of the outer synchro.
The gears installed on the shaft look brand new. Guess they are harder than the ring.

Does anyone here have NP231 parts lying around?
Care to sell one of these bad boys.

Due to my work schedule I am unable at this time to go J/Y'ing.
-AND-
I do not wish to "doctor" this one up. I want the innards working perfect before the SYE is installed. I have done enough disassembly already on the workbench...no way do I want to do all this over again--flat on my back in the driveway.

If you have one...PLEASE PM me ASAP

Is there a part# stamped on it? I have a parts 231 of 96 vintage.. not sure it's exactly the same.

they should be, only thing that really changed was the input and output gears, the lenughs and bearings.
