I have tested Fuel Pressure, with a gauge, using the Schrader on the rail. With the key on and engine off and with the Jeep idling. It checks out in both aspects.

I have done:
ground refreshing
c101 cleaning
throttle body and iac cleaning
tps adjusted
butterfly adjusted
The amount of gas I give it is very little not even half throttle.

Okay. The line form the throttle body to MAP and the electrical connector to the MAP. Perfect?

The vac line fro TB to map is on and not leaking, I wouldn't say its perfect.
The connector seems to be in good shape.

Why not test it? If you decide to replace it, do the drilling mod.Originally Posted by cherokeeyed

At idle, spray throttle body cleaner around the intake tract, including the MAP hose. Originally Posted by cherokeeyed

Is the clip broken off the 3 wire connector at the MAP?

It's caked in oil and looks like it could use replaced. Which post of yours shows how to do the drill mod?

I checked my TPS to find it was out of adjustment... as you had told me if I adjust the butterfly it throws the TPS out.
I set the butterfly set screw first, I opened the butterfly a bit more than suggested in your instructions on setting it.
I then set the tps based off of where the butterfly was set.
The butterfly is more open, (not sure if it's more than factory specs) but now it starts on a dime.
I also replaced the CPS, the old CPS insulation on the wires was ripped and some wiring torn. A new sensor never hurts.. I don't think.
And of coarse that did not work. I backed it out of the shop and as soon as it got up to operating temperature... BOOM, hanging extremely high idle.
CPS replaced, TPS in adjustment with correctly adjusted butterfly to your specs.
Same issue as before, I pulled the fuel filter, just because, I dumped it out and some of the gas that came out was literally brown in color. It looked like dirty water. I put the fuel filter back in place, primed it up 7 or so times and it fired right up. Then I shut it off and tried it again, started up great and idled great. The more times I tried it the worse it got.
Fuel delivery problem possibly?
Dirty tank stopping up the line?
Also note, my family owns a shop, I have resources from lifts and air tools, to almost every diagnostic tool. So, if there's anything recommended that the average person can't do, I likely can, so don't be afraid to recommend an more than average task. Throw the knowledge my way as I have a lift and tires I want to put on this Jeep but not until the problem at hand is sorted out.
