Not starting
Hi I have a 98 xj cherokee and Well it blew the asd fuse 2 times then it blew the O2 sensor heater fuse 2 times the second time it wouldn't start again no power to fuel pump, no spark, no gauges work inside. Since then I have changed the ecu, cps, map sensor throttle position sensor, new battery checked all fuses and relays, checked immobiliser. It turns over but that's it it also has new fuel pump, injectors. I think there maybe a short somewhere but not 100% if there is I need a good wireing diagram and I carnt find one anywhere all the help will be apreciated thanks callam

That sure is a lot of $ shotgunning parts.
A 1998 Factory Service Manual can be obtained from Pacific Coast Manuals.com for $7.95. It's a pdf download.
Here's some '98 ASD related diagrams:

When you say "immobilizer", is that a factory installed Smart Key Immobilizer System, or some aftermarket install? In '98 Chrysler called a 'Smart Key'. Later it was called a 'Sentry Key'.

Does the ASD fuse and the Fuel Pump fuse blow simultaneously?
You might try removing the ASD relay and the Fuel Pump relay and see if the fuse(s) blow. If not, reinstall the relays one at a time to see if one, or both, fuses blow.
If the fuse(s) blow with the relays removed, the short(s) are down steam of the relays (see diagram). In this case, the short would be in the PDC or in the harness coming out of the PDC.
Inspect the relay pin cavities in the PDC for corrosion.
Try wiggling the harness coming out of the PDC and see if the fuses blow.
You might have to disassembly the PDC and look at the wiring to the relays and fuses.

When this happens I lost all the gauges power to coil, fuel pum ect. So that's why I changed the
Ecu and it didn't make anydifference
