Noise from around the shifter nob after installing a 4.5 long arm lift

Noise from around the shifter *** after installing a 4.5 long arm lift
I am getting this noise that sounds like a chain rubbing on metal at the speed of 55-60 then it goes away not matter if i'm in 4th or 5th. Just installed a 4.5 rc long arm kit and it started happening any idea what this would be?
