Default Noise from ABS??

When I installed my lift on the '89 I replaced the brake hoses, calipers, etc... I obviously lost all my fluid in the process and began to get what sounds like a dry pump running under the hood (passenger side rear of engine compartment) when the key is switched on, doesn't have to be running though. I'm assuming this is ABS related... Anyway, I've bled the system and the pump still sounds like it's running dry?? I've run over a quart of fluid through it bleeding the system and was pretty sure I had all the air out.... Is there any thing special I should be doing or do I just keep on bleeding until it stops??? The ABS light is on if that matters... Thanks!

Brake res is on the drivers side. The abs motor should be as well?

And they are calipers, not calibers.

Reservoir is on the drivers side.... ABS motor is on Passenger side (Assuming that's what this is). I just assumed it was brake related because it started as soon as I drained the fluid and looks like it has a brake line running to it. I guess I really should inspect it a little closer lol

And yea I know how to spell it, was just in a hurry

Checked to be sure and it does have brake line running to the pump and has another hose running to the brake res...

I ran another half quart through it with no sign of air and the fluid was running clear... Pump is still whining?? Any ideas?

Did all the above (depressurized, bled the entire system in order, and refilled) by their directions and the pump is still running constantly (as long as the key is on or it's cranked) it is a little quieter though.... Any other ideas or tips??

i did read in one of these the constant running pump is first sign systems on it way out you could always convert to booster brakeshttp://www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp=...109416ad216412

Thanks man! Seems like every time I ask a question you're there to help me out! Just wanted you to know it's appreciated!!

I'm going to play with this a bit more and see if I can work it out and ,if not, I have a 88 without abs that's good for the parts I'll need to convert it over. From what I've read these Bendix systems where real junk! This has turned into the build that just won't end. -Chris
