No turn signals, radio, windshield wipers and A/C
First time poster yall. This Cherokee has been too good for me over the last 6 years to need to post.
But, all of sudden my turn signals, radio, wipers and A/C have stopped working.
Now here is the weird part - when the engine is NOT turned on and the key is in accessory mode (half turned) everything works fine. It's when I start the engine that everything stops working.
This old 94' Jep (The E fell off the front logo) has 220,000 miles on her and has not run into any major problems yet.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
Thanks.

I actually have that same problem right now. mine is a 1992 XJ. I noticed that if I reach up under the dash and hit the wires a few times everything will come on and it will be fine until the next time I turn the jeep off. I know the wiper switch is going bad in mine and I think that has something to do with it...not sure tho. If you find out exactly what it is please let me know because ill need to fix mine too

my 93 did the same thing, it turned out to be the wiring behind the stereo was to heavy and not being supported enough so when it was in motion the vibration would make everything stop working.....didn't make any sence then and still really doesn't when I think about it, but my mechanic did some dinking around with it and everything worked from then on, good luck.

the electric part you replaced check and make sure the plug all the way in,make sure its not moving out of adjustment .THis is where id start
Just a little update...last night I made a quick liquor store run to grab some beer. I hopped in the jeep and went to start it and bam my battery was toast...could the problem be related to my battery dying. It also won't even start with a jump now
but I did take a look at my ignition switch and both plugs were tight ???
