OK, so no codes stored. Too bad, but not the end of the world. Codes can be giving you a lead in where to look, but if not present, diagnostics will narrow thing down most likely.

So, you have a crank-but-no-start situation. First thing to do is check for spark and verify fuel pressure at the rail. This will give you a rough idea what to chase (first).

check fuel pressure with a gauge: 49 PSI +/- 5 is within specs, IIRC
Check for spark ( google procedure for this)

Report here what you find. You will have to do some diagnostics, because just asking for a cause will give you many forum members shooting " what worked for them" at ye, and before you know it, you find yourself replacing many parts and chasing you tail.

 

Just got Jeep back from shop. It ended up being the crank shaft position sensor. I'm kicking myself because I had one bolt off the sensor and had trouble accessing the other one. I gave up instead of buying a longer ratchet extension. Luckily the mechanic I took it too didn't charge much at all. Thanks for all the help guys

 

Happy for ye it was fixed. Too bad you never got back here, could have easily worked it out...
