Then u have no compression lol. U could have bad gas. Or a stuck opent injector. Starter fluid will rule out spark. If u have spark and compression and starter fluid it will run for a second. If it wont hit even on starter fluid ur issue is in ur spark.
The chances of no compression is 0.001% just letting u know how engines work. If you say fuel to ports and spark to plugs it will run with compression. It may not run right but it will run. So ur issue is in either fuel or spark. Rule out spark with starter fluid.

The day it stopped I filled up at a cheap super market gas station and it was acting funny so I added Lucas octane booster and it cleared up for a little than after 1/4 of a tank she was starting up even worse than before

Put more lucas and run it all the way out. Or seafoam. Or drop tank.

Remove the fuel pump relay and do starting fluid. You may have to siphon that crap out
I got her started!! I put a new crank sensor on t and it took about 3 tries of turning the key but she started. When I brought my buddy back his fuel pressure tester he smelt it and said the gas didn't smell right he said I got the last bit in their tank or something
