Angry no spark. help needed

Okay so I know the first thig you guys are going to post are CHANGE THE CPS.
THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM, SO READ BEFORE YOU POST.

I just installed a new transmission into my 93 xj. its an AW4. It ran fine before i put the new tranny in. After i did the work and put a new tranny in, i lost all spark. I have NO POWER TO THE CPS AT ALL. It cranks but no spark at the coil, no signal to the CPS, nothing. Ive got power to the starter(obviously), dashboard, but nothing else. I have replaced the crank sensor, distributor, safety neutral switch, ignition switch, ign coil, wires, plugs, etc. but nothing has made a change. Any input BESIDES A NEW CPS would be greatly appreciated. I have a list of codes i have gotten as well. i think the ECM may be bad. ill post the codes:

76-open/short in fuel pump bypass ballast resistor relay

35-open/short detected in radiator relay

33-open/short detected in a/c clutch relay

22-coolant temp sensor below minimum

54-no fuel sync or high data rate signal detected during engine rotation

11-no crank position signal detected

51-sustained lean air/fuel ratio condition detected in 02 sensor bank 1 position 1

21 oxygen sensor bank 1 position 1 shorted to high voltage

Id remove negative battery cable for 15 minutes or so to clear codes then reatach try and start. Then recheck for codes . Then repost . Ya made sure no wires are pinched anywhere between motor and transmission correct.

It sure seems like it would be a major connector has become disconnected or something with all those "open" codes.

Agree with Firehawk, major connectors should be checked, check your engine and body grounds to be sure that they are good. Check all under hood fuses to be sure they are all good

Cleared the codes, checked all wiring. Had some spots where wire was exposed. Cleaned it up. Had it running for a bit and then it shut off. The codes im getting now are 76, 35,11, and 33.

Just might be a connector issue. Code 11 is no crank reference signal at the PCM for example. 33 is AC clutch relay circuit, so maybe something in the harness connector(s) may be the culprit.....
You could dis-connect the ones you can get to & check for corrosion etc & clean them..
And 35 is cooling fan relay circuit. Maybe these are all to do with wiring & connectors.....
