So like it says my XJ won't restart after it gets hot, but restarts after it colls back down to ambient temperature. Also runs a little rough at idle and a little low in the rpm's at idle. I'm guessing the CPS, I'll be checking that first. Any other suggestions.

 

I did not see what year your xj is,cps is a good place to start,there are different components on different years.

 

1993 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0-AW4, 180,000mi. runs good when it runs.
