Default No power to coil

Hey guys spent the past 4 days trying to troubleshoot this problem with no success. Jeep started in morning then turned it off to work on new stereo I'm putting in. In the process of re-wiring the new stereo I shorted out the Pink and Red/White wires which proceeded to kill my dome lights, cigarette lighter etc. Replaced that fuse, lights come on all seems fine go to start the car and now have no spark. I have traced the problem back to no power coming into the coil. Replaced CPS, checked grounds, checked throttle position sensor, checked power at computer plugs, everything seems inline except no power to coil. So wondering if anyone has some ideas of items to check? I have checked every single fuse and relay I can find and still having no luck. Car cranks fine and all else in car seems to work correctly.
-Any help GREATLY appreciated

ASD Relay does have power and I know the Relay is good because i swapped it with the starter relay which I know is good because it turns over. All of my tests seem to be pointing back to the computer anyone think that could be the case?

Replaced computer and still no start. does anyone know what gives the computer power to then power the coil? Problem is narrowed to between the Computer and the red/wht wire in the stereo area or Key ignition.
