Default No power to #2 injector

I am not getting any power to my #2 injector. If I pull the plug on it the idle of the engine does not change. If I pull any of the others there is a difference in the idle. I swapped the connector from #1 to #2 and it changes the idle until it is plugged into #2, then it is just like it was.

Any ideas? It is an 89 with an 87 4.0. The 89 was a 4.0 as well.

Thanks in advance.

are you sure it is not a plug or plug wire,I check my motor by pulling injector wires also but most of the time it has been on the spark plug side. If it an injector,it has to be wiring or injector itself.

I'm pretty sure it is the wiring. If I put the wire from #1 on #2 and leave #1 off it runs the same. It doesn't do it all of the time. What would be the best way to check this?

I think I am lost here,if you put #1 on 2 and notice no difference, you are actually pulsing an injector out of sequence,it should have a miss on both.
Injectos are test using either scanner or scope to check injector on time. A shop with the tools can check them.
