Default no lights, only blinkers

Go to turn my lights on the other day and nothing. No head, rear, brake or running lights. I do have blinks but no flashers (that could be flasher relay). I changed all fuses but I can't find a light relay. I have a repair book and it says nothing about it and neither does it on the jeep. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Was the headlight fuse blown when you changed them out?

No. I replaced every single fuse in the fuse box to cover my bases. Is there a full light relay somewhere? No auto stores show one, the book doesn't state it anywhere and neither does the truck.

The first thing I replaced was the head light switch and tested it with a tester and the new and old one were good. I ground tested the switch and it seems like it doesn't have the best ground.

Its a 89, i6 with ax15, 4dr. Just giving you the basics

Well I checked the fuse box with power in with a volt meter and it has no power going to that fuse.

the wiring for the headlights is burned up. it is pretty common in older jeeps because the wiring used is too small for the lights and the way they are set up (BATT>HL SWITCH>BEAM SELECTOR SWITCH>HEADLIGHTS). you need to look into your harness for shorted/melted/fatigued wires.
