Default no interior lights or radio

Yesterday I was in the middle of putting a new headliner in, stupid me touched the dome light contacts with a screwdriver getting the retainer clips off. Now I dont have any interior lights or radio. Radio is aftermarket. Fuses are all fine and no burnt wires that I can see. Any help???
btw, its a 1993 Cherokee Country

thanks, Mike

I'd say double check fuses. If it worked and suddenly doesn't, there has to be a fuse somewhere that's out. Shorted or burned wires take quite some time to burn to the point where the sheathing comes off. Maybe you are grounding out something where it's not supposed to?

x2 on the fuses. There may be something that doesn't sound like it would belong to those components that may actually be it.

Also, take the fuses you did check and do a continuity check on them. If they are blown you may not be able to see it sometimes. Just take a multimeter and set it to ohms and touch both ends of the fuse with each lead. If it reads OL then it's blown.

Check your fuse labeled battery. Mine did the same thing and that was the problem

I did the EXACT same thing with the EXACT same result, and the culprit was a fuse in the main block under the hood. Mine's a 2000, so yours may be different.
