Well, I guess nobody can read. Ive posted several times how air/ fluid can flow through the heater core fine. I was looking for OTHER possibilities other than the heater core because I know its in good shape. It has lived in florida its whole life so I know its not rusty. IT breathes very well, doesn't leak on the carpet or anywhere else under the jeep for that fact. If you read my situation and then read the fix about the blend door, you should be able to make sense of it that its probably the issue. Just because it fixxed yours doesn't mean it will fix mine. It's probably your heater core. If your heat is a little warm/practically cold it's definitely your heater core. I just had mine replaced and now my heat is nice and hot. The only issue I have now is my **** for my hot/cold air won't move and I need to find out how to fix it (I was told to somehow stick my hand into the center console/dash and move my blend door for a temporary fix but I cant figure out how to). Replacing your heater core isn't a big deal if you know how to do it, we were told it would cost 1500 to fix it, but instead we had my uncle do it and it only cost 100 for the core (which for some reason didn't fit properly and had to be wedged into the plastic) and we gave him 150 for labor.

A bad heater core is usually leaking (like mine was) or clogged, the best bet in both cases would be to replace it. When we pulled mine out it weighed about 10lbs and was all covered in sealant, so the previous owner must have tried to fix it and never told the dealership we bought it from.

There is a cable that goes from the back of the controls to the blend door. When I did mine I ended up kinking the line and the same thing happened, then I ended up breaking the plastic piece that held it into the controls. Also my heater core didn't fit to well either. The blend door cable connects to the blend door on the passenger side right near the center console if that helps any I would take a picture but can't find my camera.

Sorry for being hasty its just I stated in the original post that it was free flowing and unclogged. Im sorry for being rude here I just find that a lot of people dont even read all of someones problem, they just read the issue of whats happening, and suggest that because it fixxed theirs, even though symtoms / diagnosing could be completely different. Its posts like that that fill up forums with useless info. BUT there is also tons of good and helpful information, like the person (Might have been on JF) that mentioned the blend door. IT was exactly what I was looking for. I will post up when I did in to it.

Like I stated in my previous post, it probably is your blend door, Chrysler always had (and will probably always have) problems with their blend doors. So many people have posted on Youtube that their Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Plymouth etc. have all had blend door problems. That's what I thought my heater issue was until I realized that me having no heat and a soaked carpet tied together, one wouldn't really think that. And I too have been a bit rude to you so I would like to apologize for that, I have a bit of a short temper but that is really no excuse.
