Plan on doing this at some point too.

 

i have mine off most the time in the summer... and right now the lower passenger hinge on the cab side is comming alose from the weld and it doesnt wana line up right and sags and f**ked my fender up

 

I got a ticket for driving with mine off. I layed mine on it's side with them off and had to use 4 come a longs on the trailer to get the unitbody straight enough to get them to close. If you have a 4 door, take off all of them or else it does look gay. If you have a cage it would eliminate the refitting problem.
