I bought a 93 XJ and noticed the turn signals did not work when I bought it. I have now noticed the windshield wipers and tail lights do not work. I have check and replaced all the fuses. I also replaced the turn flashers and the hazard flashers. The previous owner also replaced the headlights and tail lights with LED but the front running lights and turn signal blubs are regular. Thee headlights work, the running lights work and the front hazards work. I rear hazards do not work, but I do have brake lights. I now have the steering column torn apart trying to check the turn signal switch, but my gut feeling is it is some kind of relay or electrical issue. Any thoughts?

Brown wire on the ignition switch is likely burned. No blower fan either?

@cruiser54 Thanks for replying with the diagrams. My issue was no power going to the number 8 and 20 slots in the fuse block. I still have not diagnosed why there is no power going to those slots. For a temporary solution I jumped some power to those slots and added the appropriate fuses. The hazards didn't work in the back due to blown bulbs. I'm street legal now!
