Your best bet might be a junkyard. I've seen a few writeups and posts about removing/replacing them. I know I need to replace my multi function switch, I've just been putting it off. I might do a JY run this weekend and snag one, if I do I'll post up some pics for you.

Again, my experience is only on a Ford for the MF Switch, but yes all of the other functions (i.e. wipers) worked fine. My issues was brake light/blinker related. Once MF was replaced, everything was fine.
