Default No air out of vents?

Hello, I tried searching for this, but didn't have any luck. My jeep's HVAC has always worked great, until just a few days ago. Now i get no air out of my upper or lower air vents, the air only comes out of the dashboard windshield defroster vents. I'm assuming that this means that a vacuum line has disconnected of a hose fell off. Does anyone know of the most common problem that causes this and how to fix it? And where are the hoses and vacuum lines located that I might need to fix? thank you

Broken vacuum ball in the front bumper of a cracked vacuum line leading from it. Should on the passengers side.
