Default No air blowing to floor

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport with almost 140K miles. Runs great still, only major repairs were to the evaporator and some minor repairs here and there, mostly routine stuff.

Right now I have a problem getting any air to blow at the floor. Whether I use heat or A/C, I can get air everywhere else except at the floor. When I select floor all I get is from the defrosters. When I select front I do get air from the front, but also from the defrosters. Defrosters work fine.

Any thoughts on what this could be? For all I know when the evaporator was replaced they screwed something up, but that was over a year ago and this was working recently. Could something be stuck or blocking the blower area somehow?

Thanks,
CG

Diaphragm actuated flaps control directionality of the vent system. You could have a vacuum leak, or a broken/dislodged line, there are a number of things that can affect them.
