No 5v reference voltage at cps

CPS generates an AC voltage signal. Has nothing to do with 5v reference voltage at other sensors.
Have you visited www.cruiser54.com and completed Tips 1,3,4 and 5?

X2. Renix didn't use a reference voltage like the HO senor. Stick a meter on the output of the crank sensor and look for a/c voltage while cranking. It won't be very high, and the number depends somewhat on your meter as it's not a sine wave.
