next problem...t-case noise??
when goin down the road at about 35 or 40 (most noticeable) and i release and press the gas pedal quick it sounds like something starts turning and bangs into something else so that will turn. its way worse in 4wheel. its kinda always done this and was 100x worse when front ujoints were bad but they got replaced awhile ago. any thought or ideas would be great.

If your in part-time 4wd on a road, you really shouldn't be.
Also, on my 2wd, if I'm accelerating and then quickly lift off the throttle it'll sometimes make a soft thunk noise. It's just the rear end and driveline reacting to the sudden change in power transmission. Any slack in the suspension or driveline will suddenly get taken up. But you may want to check your u-joints to make sure they are OK, they will do the same thing when they start going bad.
