30k miles ago I petty much rebuilt the entire engine.
My head gasket failed. I am blaming it on not having the head milled before (which is being done this time).
Thing is I used the heavy duty head gasket from advanced. I bought that one cause I wasnt crazy about the one in the kit they offer (which I bought and used the other gaskets, besides cork valve gasket)
So I still have the gasket from the kit.
The "goodone" failed..
So buy it again or use the one I have from the kit??
I sprung for the better one before for piece of mind...That didn't work out though.
Now im stuck and not sure what to do..

What did they send in the kit? I've never seen or used a kit from Advance so have no idea on it's quality. If it's a super-cheapie head gasket I'd toss it and get something better. Probably go with a FelPro or Victor. Stinks to do it over again.
