Default Newbie having problems with driver window

Hey guys! I just got my jeep a week ago and for the price I paid, I think I made out. There are a few problems with it that I've found out over this week, like the radio was messed up, and there's a coolant leak apparently, but right now I'm trying to fix the drivers side window. All other windows work, and the main switch console controls all the other windows no problem, but the drivers window doesn't roll down.

I thought I heard a slight motor whine for like a split second when I tried to roll it down but it hasn't made the sound since.

I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Any easy fixes for this that may or may not require a trip to the pick-n-pull?

Is the window stuck? possibly a bad motor. What is wrong with the radio?

I think the radio was grounding on something in the back there and it was getting really bad reception. When I took it out to attach an aux-in cable through an FM transmitter thing and put it back in, the reception was way better though it's still not perfect.

Your window regulator may be bad.
