Default new xj tune up

so i did a tune up on my new 98 cherokee. well i had ****ty brakes so changed all brakes and rotors and drums, well now no brakes. wont stiffen up at all bleed 2 bottles worth of fluid still nothing any ideas

also changed rear wheel bearings and new fluid now sounds like **** also installed rc 3 in lift at same time . any ideas would greatly be appreciated

Hmm maybe you got the wrong size brake or the caliper is defective.

Did you install the calipers with the bleeders on the bottom?

Did you remember to adjust your drum brakes after installing the new drum? If you don't the shoes won't make good contact with the drum

Great replies guys. ^^^^^^^^^^ the drum adjustment is what I was going to say also..



As for the rear sounding like crap.. how is it sounding? dry, crunchy, squeak squeak.
