Well put new tps sensor in and now jeep won't start unless I give it alittle gas and didn't fix shifting problem

 

Sounds like you got a bad sensor

 

Cleaned all connections and that problems solved. The trans dose not shift it starts off in OD instead of first if you manually shift it it shifts great

 

Seems to be pointing to your tcm. Try disconnecting it. But if it's fried though it will already have a code thrown out.
In my trouble shooting I disconnected my tcm and she took off. But once it warmed up it started slipping BAD. Turned out my clutches were burned up and the valve body was shot along with my shift selenoids.

 

Bought one used off a buddy and that was the problem probably the problem with the first tranny as well
