Default New problem....voltage going down...

Hi,
Alternator just replaced last year. I get in the jeep the other morning and half a block and I notice voltage is way low and gen light is on. It ends up going up, shut it off and back on and the voltage is at 14. But if I run everything it will go down sometimes...I cleaned positive terminal that day and it has still had some issues like being to low. Alternator just replaced last year. I changed the whole negative cable when I did the starter about 2 years ago so that should be good.but I will clean that one up as well. I am wondering if it could be the alternator charging wire and where I could get a decent replacement. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Lee

Checking the connections is a good thing. Did alternator 2 years ago, a Pita, probably should have gone OEM but you figure Bosch brand would be reliable. Right out of the box I was on third new alternator to get a good one????? In past on Mustang (yes a time of some mental failure on my part) I had local alt and starter shop rebuild. Failed next day, rebuild again, was ok. On 79 Chevy had alternator rebuilt 3X, kept failing on the V regulator, then it worked for another 300,000 mile. go figure. So the history tells me there seems to be a lot of uncertainties in the world of alternators.
