Driver window not working...
I did a search couldn't find my exact problem...
Recently the window would either roll up and down... or not. A couple time when i smacked the door pretty good it would go up and down... then stop working intermittently. But now I just got home and no go. And its all the way down with a lot of money in stereo equipment in the truck... any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd check what's getting power and what's not in the door since banging on it has helped a few times.
I've read a couple of threads where the OP commented on banging the door helped for a while, so keep searching.

Btw, it's a bypass for the master window switch. The fix is most likely this, and it's free. The replacement switch? At the JY. Also requires pulling door panel. So you tell me.

you're going to have to pull the door panel. are you getting any noise when you hit the switch? if you can hear the motor turn its obviously not an electrical issue. if you cant hear anything you need to check power and ground at the switch and at the motor. I believe the motor has to be plugged in to check properly, so youll have to check at the back of the plug while its plugged in. if you have power and ground at the switch make sure its coming out. youll need the wiring diagram and a power probe would be very helpful. the power probe allows you to apply power and or ground to the switch or motor. good luck
Also forgot to mention in my original post that the passenger side widow wont roll up either unless I do it from the Driver whether the lock is on or off. Doesn't matter.
Also, my headlights turned off last night while I was driving on a dark road for about a second. Scared the living **** out of me. And now they flicker on and off sometimes... I figured this was just a faulty headlight ****/switch thing. Anyone ever had this problem though? This thing is quickly becoming an electrical nightmare.
