normal, or highmilage,, NO syn, I went with bosh platinum and for the wires I didnt buy the most expensive ones nor the cheapest ones...

NAPA cap and rotor and wires but Champion truck plugs. As for fluids if it is high mileage then no synthetic oil just some Castrol or Valvoline and NO FRAM FILTERS just a purolater or a Wix or even a NAPA Gold filter.

Just made of lower quality material. When better filters are less then a couple bucks more then why not get something of better quality that may prolong the life of your jeep.
