New injectors
Ordered new injectors today, going with some Lucas injectors from fiveOmotorsports . New, I know you all have been telling me about the Volvo 746s. but I thought I would go a different way. they sound pretty good to me.. New, 3yr warranty, will get them in a couple of days..
Ya I know, Well, I searched around to find rebuilt Volvo injectors and didn't come across any, at this time I didn't want to put in used injectors, and I need my rig back up and running soon.. I cant remember which guy it was on here told me to contact five0motorsports, would have to go back and look.. I do appreciate all the info I get from you guys, and there is a lot of time putting in out there to get it.. thanks

Don't do that...
Get the refurbed Bosch type III or refurbed Volvos. Injectors are very simple devices, as long as they are cleaned/retested/re-o-ringed, they're perfectly fine for MANY years to come, and the upgraded 4 hole type is a huge increase over stock. See my other post for detailed info:

Don't spend more than $100 on a set, and maybe another $20 on O-rings/clips/whatever vacuum tubes you might wind up snapping in the process.

Aren't the Lucas ones all single hole? Best of luck anyway.
Just a note though-You had already started a thread about "buying injectors" and had several replies so you really should have just posted your "ordered new injectors" as a follow-up to the original thread as an update to the subscribers. It helps to keep everything in context as your new post doesn't have any info on year of jeep etc that you had in your previous (original) post.

Not a problem 67 gmc. kind of new to forums.. and yes I installed the new Lucas injectors. they run great. lot better throttle response and idles real nice... will try and see how the mileage goes. haven't had time to check that. back and forth to work is only 10 miles round trip. so will see what I can do.. and, what the heck, why not try something different out (injectors) see what happens. isn't that what you all do out here. to find out what works?
